Curriculum Culture

Our Approach

How we design and teach our courses

Our curriculum is grounded in a practical, learner-centred approach. Adults learn best when new skills connect to the work they already do, so every course starts from real tasks and real problems rather than theory alone.

Learning by doing

We follow a constructivist approach: participants build understanding by applying AI tools to authentic tasks, reflecting on the results and improving them with guidance from the instructor.

Learners and instructors

Our instructors act as coaches. They demonstrate, set challenges and give feedback, while participants are encouraged to experiment, share what works and learn from each other.

Content and context

Course content is updated regularly as AI tools change. Examples, case studies and exercises are adapted to each group's sector, region and organizational policies.

Curriculum planning and evaluation

Each course has clear learning outcomes, practical assessments and a participant evaluation. We review feedback and results after every delivery and use them to improve the next one.

Inclusive and accessible learning: We use plain language, clear visuals and step-by-step practice, so participants with different backgrounds, roles and levels of confidence can all take part fully. Courses can be delivered in the language your participants prefer.

Responsible AI in every course: Each course includes guidance on data privacy, accuracy checks, bias and transparency, so participants learn to use AI in ways their organizations can trust.

Assessment that reflects real work: Instead of memory tests, participants show what they can do by completing practical tasks, such as a finished report, a working automation or a project plan, and receive feedback on their results.

Continuous improvement: Our course developers review new AI tools and practices every quarter and update exercises, examples and templates to keep every course current and relevant.
