AI in Project Management

About this course

Use AI across the project life cycle for charters, stakeholders, scope, risk, quality and reporting, and set up an AI-enabled PMO. Practise with real project documents, leave with ready-to-use AI templates for every project phase, and earn PMI PDUs. The course is available in person or online, as a public class or a private session for your team, and can be delivered in the language your participants prefer.
