AI for Writing, Meetings and Research
Course OverviewAbout this course
Write emails, reports and proposals faster and in the right tone for every audience, turn meetings into minutes and actions, and research any topic with checked sources. Practise on your own documents and leave with reusable templates for emails, reports and meeting minutes. The course is available in person or online, as a public class or a private session for your team, and can be delivered in the language your participants prefer.
Who should attend: Managers, coordinators, analysts, administrators and anyone who spends a large part of the week writing emails, reports, proposals or meeting notes, or researching new topics for their work.
What you will learn: How to draft and edit documents with AI while keeping your own voice and your organization’s style; how to adapt tone for clients, executives and teams; how to turn recordings and rough notes into clear minutes, decisions and action lists; and how to research a topic, compare sources, check facts and cite them correctly.
How the course runs: Participants bring real documents and meeting notes. Each exercise starts from a genuine task, and the instructor reviews the results with the group to show what works well, what to avoid and how to protect confidential information.
What you take away: Ready-to-use templates for emails, reports, proposals and meeting minutes, a research and fact-checking checklist, a set of tested writing prompts, and a certificate of completion.
