AI Essentials and Responsible Use

Course Overview

About this course

Learn how AI works, write prompts that get reliable results, and use AI safely with company data. Leave with your own library of 10 tested prompts. You will also compare the leading AI tools, check AI output for errors and bias, and follow a simple checklist for responsible AI use at work. The course is available in person or online, as a public class or a private session for your team, and can be delivered in the language your participants prefer.

Who should attend: Professionals in any role who are new to AI, or who already use it informally and want a safer, more reliable way of working. No technical background is needed, and the course is equally useful for individuals and for whole teams starting their AI journey together.

What you will learn: How large language models work and where they tend to fail; how to structure prompts with a clear role, context, task and format; how to check answers for accuracy, missing information and bias; which kinds of company and personal data are safe to share; and how to choose between the main AI assistants for writing, analysis, research and planning tasks.

How the course runs: The course combines short demonstrations with guided practice on your own work tasks. Each participant builds and tests a personal prompt library during the session, compares results across different tools and receives feedback from the instructor on how to improve them.

What you take away: A tested library of 10 prompts for your daily work, a one-page responsible AI checklist you can share with your team, a quick guide to the main AI tools, and a certificate of completion.
